Hi Wei,

After your beautiful Spicy Beef noodle Soup I cooked a rack of ribs that had been marinating overnight in this marinade.
The only change
I made was to add a finely chopped bird’s eye chilli to the honey that I brushed on for the last 10 minutes.
Love your recipes and website,
Thankyou,

Paul:-)

Thanks for trying the recipe! If you’re after a stickier finish, adding a bit more sauce or brushing more frequently while roasting could help. Let me know how your next batch turns out!

I roasted these exactly as written. They had a beautiful, subtle flavour, but they were definitely a dry rib, not sticky as I had hoped for. Next time, maybe I’ll use a bit more sauce.

Wow! Followed the recipe but BBQ’d at 200F-250F for 2+ hours and the meat just fell off the bone. Stayed moist with a definite Asian flavour. My guests asked me to send them the recipe. A for sure keeper.
