In reply to molly. If the feet haven’t been air-fried, 20 minutes on high pressure would be enough in an Instant Pot. Then let the pressure release naturally. Happy cooking!

Oh my God this is the most delicious recipe ever! I have made it four or five times for myself and my Chinese friends and we love it! The air fryer makes it so much easier and the sauce is so delicious, served as an accompaniment over rice!
It goes so fast. I usually make a double batch at a time! Thank you so much!
Thankfully, we have some wonderful Asian markets in Chicago where it is very, very easy to get the feet and other delicacies.
