These siu mai are easy to make (thanks to your detailed instructions) and delicious to enjoy. The siu mai wrappers sold here in Australia are not round like yours but square like the wonton wrappers. My siu mai are therefore not as asthetically appealing like yours because there are too many wrinkles, some of which I had to trim away. However, the taste makes up for it!
