I love this dish! When I lived in China I learnt how to make this and it’s pretty simple. When I cook this it brings back fond memories of living there. It’s great with pork loin or pork belly chopped up and put a bit of cornstarch in as well to thicken up the sauce.

I’m in the US and a half of a chicken breast runs about 350 – 400 grams. Is that about right?

This recipe was so good! Thank you! I bought the rice cakes but didn’t know what to do with them so they’ve been i the freezer. I found this recipe and we had them for dinner tonight! I used up a bunch of veggies and it was delish!
