Thank you for your amazing and truly authentic Chinese recipes. I’ve lived in Beijing for 4 years and I know how they taste. I’ve learned how to cook a few dishes but never got the chance to learn how to make dumplings and bao. I’ve tried both following your instructions and came out incredible. You’re welcome Shiri! Using fresh fish fillet can be costly. Try frozen ones instead. With the right seasoning and mixed with some vegetables, any fish can make a tasty dumpling filling. Happy cooking!
