Success! Perfect directions for making filling, dumpling dough, portion sizing, rolling, wrapping. A bit fumble fingered to start with on the crimping and sticking edges together but at the end of the batch they were all the same size and cooked up without falling apart. The recipe gave exactly 40, and x 2 gave me a nice big haul to put in the freezer. Joy, a stash to dip into whenever I feel like more of these delicious chicken/mushroom dumplings in chicken broth. The directions on how to make a simple broth were very appreciated. I always thought these things were a bit out of my league, so thank you :))

This looks like a great recipe and with a great tutorial. I rarely make dumplings because my Chinese grocery is not very close by and I relied on their frozen dumpling wrappers. I love finger food like dumplings and I am going to give this a try.

Amazing!! I made these today after waking up with a craving for thick doughy dumplings from a restaurant but these are even better. I tried them boiled and pan-fried and they’re so good, I’m so happy I can now just make my own dumplings
