A DEFINITE winner!
I had a slightly bigger Chicken so increased the cooking times accordingly. The result was perfectly cooked Chicken, Bronzed on the outside and tender and juicy within. The carcass was picked clean later that evening…Absolutely beautiful!

This chicken is soooo GOOD! Followed it as written, except we could only get split fryer chickens, but it saved me the trouble of spatchcocking the whole bird. We’ll be making it again and again. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
