In reply to Amanda. I’m so glad you enjoyed it! To boost the chicken flavor in the broth, try simmering it with extra chicken bones or even a whole chicken for a longer period—this really deepens the flavor. As a shortcut, you could also add a bit of chicken bouillon powder. Hope that helps!

Wow, absolutely amazing!! I slightly adapted it and added miso at the end, and used rice noodles and a few other vegs. It’s now our favourite comfort / restorative broth ! Thank you!!

My Daughter loves this chicken noodle soup, I use fresh shiitake mushrooms and Udon noodles, make plenty and freeze it, she takes it to work for her lunch.

Tonight was chicken noodle soup! Once again, Wei, superb!
Very tasty. I could have added homemade chilli oil from my fridge! Decided not to!
A much appreciated meal nonetheless!
