As always, this recipe was marvellous last night. Because one of my guests was vegetarian I treated the chicken as a side dish, which worked well.

For a couple of years now I have been working through Wei Guo’s recipes and I haven’t had a failure yet! Sometimes I’ve had to dial back on the Sichuan spices! But I know whatever you try will not fail!
