You can double the seasonings and water to make more sauce while keeping the same amount of ginger and garlic. To prevent it from becoming too salty, I’d recommend skipping the salt initially and adjusting to taste at the end. Hope this helps!

Made this last night and served it with your bao buns (which i had frozen a few weeks ago). Delicious!! One Q, if i wanted more sauce, should i just double the liquids in the recipe (the sauces plus the stock) or would i also have to up the ginger and garlic accordingly?
