For dumplings made with no-yeast dough, it’s perfectly fine to freeze them uncooked. These pork buns use a yeast dough, which can also be frozen, though they may turn out slightly less fluffy than fresh ones. To pan-fry from frozen, follow the same instructions without defrosting. Happy cooking!

I loved these! A wonderful recipe, I ended up changing the filling to a pulled pork base but referenced the seasonings and sauces used in the original and it turned out lovely!
