Living in Sydney Australia Chop Suey was on all restaurant and take away menus up until ten years ago when it disappeared from all these places in fact, if enquiries are made most have never heard of this dish. Is this meal still popular in China and also other parts of the world or has it gone out of favour and replaced by some other recipe.

absolutely a perfect weeknight dinner. Fast and delicious! And thank you thank you thank you for the detailed and clear and easy recipe instructions, I can always trust your recipes to come out as intended. I double the recipe and we had it yesterday over leftover rice and today I’ll make noodles with it.
