Tofu is our favourite and this is certainly a great dish to make for the next party. However, we will have vegetarian guests as well. What do you suggest for filling, other than shiitake mushroom?
This way we can serve both versions.

Love this recipe… I’ve been making this for some time already except I use the deep-fried tofu puffs, steam them first and then pan fry them with the sauce.

Thank you Kat for trying out my recipe! It could be that your minced pork has less water content and maybe less fatty as well. To improve, choose minced pork with 20% fat, or add a little water to the mixture and stir well to have it fully absorbed by the meat. Hope this helps!
