I made Peking Duck using your recipe. Wow! A great recipe. Everyone one in the family love it. The duck tasted yummy but it was hard work for amateur like me. I will make the duck again using your recipe

Hi Elizabeth! I haven’t tested this recipe with chicken but I think it works as long as you adjust the cooking time since chicken is usually much smaller. Also, you might be interested in my whole chicken recipes, such as Five Spice Roast Chicken, Smoked Chicken.
